The structure, built in 1982 as Union Carbide headquarters, underwent multiple transformations from Matrix Corporate Center to its current identity under Summit Development ownership.

The complex functions as a business center where companies engage in networking events and collaborative initiatives throughout the renovated spaces.

Located near highways I-84 and I-684, the facility offers 700,000 square feet of Class A office space with modern amenities including a restaurant and fitness center.

The building rests on 5,000 pillars of varying heights and consists of 15 interconnected structures arranged around a central core with forest-facing outer walls.
