Lakenenland, Sculpture garden near Marquette, Michigan, US.
This 37-acre park contains more than 100 metal sculptures created from recycled scrap iron, displayed along a woodland trail in the Upper Peninsula.
Tom Lakenen started building the sculpture collection over twenty-five years ago, transforming industrial waste materials into an outdoor art exhibition.
Each sculpture in the park represents a distinct interpretation of recycled materials, demonstrating the connection between industrial heritage and artistic expression.
Located 15 miles east of Marquette on highway M-28, the park remains open every day throughout the year without admission fees.
Two entertainment stages, fishing ponds, and a timbered pavilion with a fireplace complement the sculpture trail through the wooded landscape.
