Fiorano GT Challenge, Racing roller coaster at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, UAE
Fiorano GT Challenge is a racing roller coaster at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi with two parallel steel tracks where riders compete in Ferrari-themed cars. The track stretches about 1 kilometer and propels passengers to speeds of roughly 95 kilometers per hour.
The coaster was built by German manufacturer Maurer Rides and opened in November 2010 as part of Ferrari World's launch. It became one of the park's main attractions from the very beginning.
The ride takes its name from the Fiorano Circuit in Italy, where Ferrari tests their Formula One cars. This link to Italian racing tradition shapes how visitors experience the attraction.
The ride is accessible to people between 130 and 195 centimeters in height. Wear comfortable clothes and secure any loose items before boarding.
The car design mimics the shape of a Ferrari F430 Spider, enhancing the racing sensation. The two parallel tracks allow genuine side-by-side racing between passengers on the same ride.
