Tengkangpoche

Tengkangpoche is a steep mountain summit rising to 6,487 meters with a sharp ridge that dominates the skyline. The peak demands advanced technical climbing skills and experience on mixed terrain combining rock and ice sections.

The peak gained prominence when climbers successfully explored new routes on its north face in 2019. This first ascent of a major line marked an important milestone and drew attention from experienced mountaineers worldwide.

The mountain brings together mountaineers from around the world with Sherpa guides who share their knowledge and expertise during expeditions. This interaction has made the peak a meeting point where climbers exchange skills and respect with local communities.
