Nick Troubetzkoy designed and constructed this architectural project to integrate natural elements with modern accommodations through innovative structural techniques.
The property maintains an organic farm called Emerald Estate that supplies fresh ingredients to the restaurant managed by James Beard Award winner Chef Allen Susser.
The resort stands 300 steps above sea level, requiring a 90-minute drive from Hewanorra International Airport through mountain roads in a four-wheel-drive vehicle.
Each sanctuary includes a private infinity pool without televisions or radios, focusing guests' attention on the natural surroundings and ocean views.
