Visitors can explore the market between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, choosing from various food stalls that serve traditional dishes like mole poblano and cemitas.
The market functions similar to a food court where 130 local vendors and 14 national franchises prepare fresh regional specialties in dedicated cooking spaces.
