Built in 2013 to commemorate the 151st anniversary of the Battle of Puebla, this German-manufactured wheel cost 200 million Mexican pesos.
The observation wheel stands near the International Museum of the Baroque, forming part of a modern entertainment complex in the traditional city.
Each gondola accommodates eight passengers, with luxury cabins featuring glass floors and leather seats for enhanced viewing experiences.
This structure holds the Guinness Record for the largest portable observation wheel, designed to fit into a standard shipping container.
