Built in 1943 by Organization Todt as part of the Atlantic Wall, this type 622 bunker housed German Kriegsmarine soldiers until their departure in August 1944.
The bunker presents reconstructed living quarters from 1944, offering visitors direct insight into the daily military life during World War II.
Located in the lighthouse park, the bunker opens during lighthouse visiting hours and includes guided tours conducted by the GRAMASA association.
The structure incorporates a wooden cabin on its roof and painted facade elements designed to deceive enemy aircraft reconnaissance during wartime.
