L'angolo verde
L'angolo verde is a restaurant and pizzeria in Turin operating across two levels, with outdoor seating and a green-filled upper floor. The menu features thin, crispy pizzas and pinsa romana made with fresh ingredients, plus farinata and homemade desserts.
Founded by Michele and Marina, who previously worked in a flower and plant shop before deciding to change careers. They created this space with a mission to offer quality pizza daily using fresh and genuine ingredients.
The name reflects the green space that defines the upper level, creating a relaxed setting where locals gather. People often choose this place for casual evenings and meaningful occasions, making it a social hub in the neighborhood.
Located near Porta Nuova train station, making it easily accessible by train for visitors arriving in the city. It is recommended to book at least 2 hours in advance and arrive on time to secure your table.
The restaurant serves pinsa romana, made from a blend of different grains that differs from standard pizza, offered in multiple variations. Farinata, a Ligurian chickpea flour dish, is also featured and can be enjoyed with various toppings or in gluten-free versions.
