Gilley's Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que, Western barbecue restaurant and dance hall at Treasure Island Hotel, Las Vegas, United States
Gilley's Saloon is a western barbecue restaurant and dance hall located inside Treasure Island Hotel in Las Vegas. The space contains a dining area seating around 120 people with table service and a parquet dance floor roughly 1000 square feet (93 square meters), divided by sliding glass walls that open or close depending on the evening's setup.
The venue first opened in December 1999 at New Frontier Hotel before relocating to Treasure Island Hotel in April 2010 when the original property closed. This move allowed the establishment to continue operating under its original concept in a new location.
The venue hosts line dancing lessons several evenings per week, drawing people who want to learn together in a casual setting. Live country and rock music shapes how visitors interact with the space, encouraging movement and social connection throughout the night.
The venue stays open late into the night daily, with extended hours on weekends for those wanting to spend the evening dancing and dining. Expect the space to get crowded on weekend evenings, so arriving earlier in the night helps secure better seating and dance floor access.
The bar features custom saddle-shaped stools that reinforce the western theme and make seating feel like part of the experience. One signature drink offering is a massive beer tower holding about 3.8 liters (100 ounces), which becomes a centerpiece when ordered at a table.
