The restaurant launched in 2020 as part of the AC Marriott Hotel's strategy to introduce upscale dining venues in Nice. This opening marked the hotel's expansion into elevated dining concepts.

The menu blends Mediterranean and Spanish cooking styles, with tapas and regional dishes from the French Riviera served throughout the day. Diners experience this culinary mix while overlooking the city and sea.
