The building, constructed between 1870 and 1875 by Engineer Luigi Fenoglio, initially served as a laundry facility for the Royal Mental Hospital of Collegno.
Since 2015, the Fondazione LIVE Piemonte dal Vivo manages this center, organizing contemporary dance performances, theater productions, and musical events throughout the year.
