Thomas Land

Thomas Land is a children's theme park in Carver featuring eleven rides based on characters from the Thomas the Tank Engine series. The park includes a roller coaster, a drop tower, a Ferris wheel, and other family-friendly attractions spread across several acres.

The park opened in 2015 and marked the 70th anniversary of both the Thomas the Tank Engine franchise and the existing Edaville USA amusement park. This milestone brought together two pieces of entertainment history at one location.

Visitors walk through recreated locations from the television series, such as Tidmouth Sheds, Knapford Station, and Brendam Docks. Character meet-and-greets happen regularly throughout the day, allowing families to connect with the familiar faces they recognize from home.

The park sits in a convenient location between Boston and Cape Cod for regional visitors. Plan to spend a full day here, and expect longer waits at popular rides during peak times.

This is the only permanent Thomas-themed park in North America, after similar attractions closed at other amusement parks. The combination with the historic Edaville USA site creates a singular destination for fans of the series.
