Palais Sebban

Palais Sebban is a traditional residential palace in the Medina that now operates as a boutique hotel. It contains about 25 rooms and suites decorated with geometric tile patterns, wooden carvings, and features a central courtyard with a fountain and planted areas.

The building dates to the 19th century when it was constructed as a private residence. It was later converted into a hotel while maintaining its original architectural design and traditional craftsmanship.

The palace displays traditional Moroccan craftsmanship through carved wooden elements, geometric tile patterns, and sculpted plaster details found throughout its rooms. This artistry reflects centuries of local building methods and design practices that continue to define such homes.

The hotel sits within walking distance of Jemaa el-Fnaa square and the souks in the heart of the old city. Guests will find a pool, spa facilities, and a rooftop terrace with views, though expect narrow historic corridors and stairs when moving through the property.
