Richiusa

Richiusa is a canyon in Bocognano featuring steep rock walls hollowed by water over time. The formation creates a maze of stone passages and small water pools scattered throughout.

Herders used the canyon as a seasonal passage between mountain pastures and lowland areas centuries ago. Over time, the route became a known crossing point through the island's challenging terrain.
