Playa del Majanicho, Beach in La Oliva, Spain.

Playa del Majanicho is a sandy beach in La Oliva stretching about 150 meters, surrounded by rocks that form a natural cove. The water here is calm and the shoreline is scattered with stones, giving it a distinctive character.

Ancient settlements called Los Corrales de Los Majos developed here long ago, leaving behind archaeological traces from those early times. These remnants show that people have used this location for thousands of years.

The small chapel at the center reflects the faith of fishing families who have long worked these waters. Local people gather in the surrounding area as part of their everyday routine.

The beach sits about 9 kilometers west of Corralejo and is easily reached by car. The water is calm with no strong currents, making it safe for visitors.

Special tables set in the water let fishermen clean their catch right at the sea. These fixtures show how people have worked in traditional ways here across generations.
