Anse Georgette, Sand beach in Grand'Anse Praslin, Seychelles.

Anse Georgette is a sand beach in Grand'Anse Praslin featuring turquoise water meeting white sand, with black granite formations at the bay's ends. The shoreline stretches approximately 260 meters and is framed by dramatic rock formations on both sides.

The beach has remained undeveloped through decades of tourism growth and stands as one of few coastal areas on Praslin Island that escaped major building. Limited access has been key to keeping the place largely untouched by heavy visitor traffic.

The place takes its name from a local island community and is shaped by a resort that blends into the natural setting. Visitors notice how traditional Seychellois architectural elements integrate discreetly with the surroundings.

Visitors need advance permission from Constance Lemuria Resort, which limits daily access to around 30 non-guests through its private grounds. It is wise to contact the resort ahead of time, as entry is not guaranteed at all times.

The water drops quickly from the shore as there is no protective coral reef to break the waves. This steep underwater slope creates distinct swimming conditions that differ from other island beaches.
