The venue opened as part of AX Hotels' expansion into premium hospitality when the hotel complex was completed in the early 2010s. It became one of the first dedicated rooftop bar experiences of its kind in Malta.
The establishment draws inspiration from Greek mythology, with decorative statues and mythological motifs that tell a story. These design elements create an environment where visitors experience a connection to ancient legends.
