Jet Star 2 is a steel roller coaster at Lagoon amusement park in Farmington, Utah, built with an electric spiral lift system and a series of inclined helix sections. The layout follows a looping path with banked curves but no inversions, keeping the ride accessible to a wide range of guests.
The ride first ran at Expo '74 in Spokane, Washington, where it operated for the duration of the world's fair in 1974. After the event closed, it was moved to Lagoon in Utah, where it has run continuously since 1976.
This ride is one of the few at Lagoon that three generations can comfortably share in the same car, making it a natural gathering point for families. It tends to attract riders who are looking for a classic coaster experience rather than extreme speed or height.
