Before becoming an amusement park, the land hosted agricultural infrastructure including grain silos and meat processing operations. The site was transformed into an entertainment destination in 2007 when the owners developed it into the current venue.

The park's name comes from the initials of the owners' three children, reflecting how a family business took root in this small Texas town.
