ZDT's Amusement Park is a 10-acre (4.0 ha) family park in Seguin, Texas, opened in 2007 with 12 attractions, three of them water rides, plus an arcade. Its white brick building with a red-tiled roof edge carries a painted "CEMEN PARK" sign, vertical arched windows and a blue diamond-patterned door under an arch. A drop tower stands at the far right.
ZDT's Amusement Park opened in March 2007 with five indoor attractions, founded by Danny and Sarah Donhauser on a 10-acre site in Seguin. Multi-level go-karts followed in 2008, the Mad Raft Water Coaster in 2011, and the Switchback wooden shuttle coaster on October 17, 2015. Rising operational costs led to the park's permanent closure on August 17, 2025.
The park's name takes the first letter of each of the owners' children: Zac, Danielle and Tiffany. Danny and Sarah Donhauser opened the gates in March 2007 with five indoor attractions, and the family name stayed on the site until it closed on August 17, 2025.

Switchback, built by The Gravity Group and opened on October 17, 2015, was the first and only wooden shuttle coaster of its kind. Its name comes from the 1884 Switchback Railway, the first true roller coaster in the United States. Riders climbed the "Grand Spike" at an 87-degree incline, a world record for wooden coaster angles of descent.
