Club Sesso was a swingers' sex club at 824 Southwest 1st Avenue in downtown Portland, Oregon, endorsed by pornographic film actor Ron Jeremy and billed as an "upscale, high-energy swingers club" where members could engage in sexual activities. It operated from June 19, 2009, until its last event on June 20, 2015, and reopened in September 2016 under new ownership as Club Privata.

Ron Jeremy's Club Sesso opened at 824 Southwest 1st Avenue on June 19, 2009. In June 2014 Portland Fire and Rescue denied a permit over an incomplete renovation; during the June 28 anniversary party, off-duty fire marshal Doug Jones overruled an inspector's violation ruling. Owner Paul Smith closed the club on June 20, 2015, citing nearly $100,000 in legal fees. It reopened in September 2016 as Club Privata.

The club's name, Sesso, is Italian for "sex".
