The architecture demonstrates the influence of Frank Lloyd Wright through horizontal lines, varied window arrangements, and integration with the natural surroundings.
Located on the east side of Ocean Avenue, south of Kennebunkport center, the house maintains its position facing the Kennebunk River.
The Abbott Graves House stands as one of only two Prairie-style structures in Maine, alongside the Ward Hinckley House in Blue Hill.
