The structure, completed in 2013, represents a significant addition to Cleveland's commercial district, designed by architectural firm Gensler with construction by JLJIO.
The tower serves as a center for business operations, housing multiple law firms, financial institutions, and corporate offices in its 480,000 square feet of space.
The building connects to public transportation at Flats East Bank station and includes an attached Aloft Hotel with 150 rooms and the WXYZ bar.
The structure changed its name to Oswald Tower in 2023 after Ernst & Young relocated their operations to a different location.
