Ernst & Young Tower is an office building in Cleveland's Flats district with 23 floors and a contemporary glass exterior. The structure houses corporate office space and serves as one of the area's recognizable modern buildings.

The building was completed in 2013 as an addition to Cleveland's modern commercial landscape. In 2023 it was renamed Oswald Tower when the original tenant relocated their operations elsewhere.

The tower's name recalls Ernst & Ernst, the accounting firm founded in Cleveland in 1903; Ernst & Young moved in as the anchor tenant in 2013 and left for North Point Tower in 2023. Since then Oswald Companies, a Cleveland insurance broker, has been the anchor tenant with about 100,000 square feet.

The tower stands on the east bank of the Flats, with the attached Aloft hotel and its WXYZ bar as the most visible landmark at street level. The 150-room hotel shares the structure, so hotel signage marks the entrance area. The building holds 480,000 square feet of office space across 23 floors, with tenants including Wells Fargo, McKinsey & Company and Tucker Ellis.

Ernst & Young traces its origins to Ernst & Ernst, an accounting firm founded in Cleveland in 1903. That local firm's successor gave the tower its original name, and its 2023 move to North Point Tower left the building renamed Oswald Tower after anchor tenant Oswald Companies, which occupies 100,000 square feet.
