All My Relations Arts, Native American arts organization in Franklin Avenue, Minneapolis, US
All My Relations Arts is a Native American arts organization located at 1414 East Franklin Avenue in Minneapolis, dedicated to presenting contemporary artwork by Indigenous creators. The gallery space hosts rotating exhibitions throughout the year and shares its building with Pow Wow Grounds Coffee House.
The organization was founded in 1999 as part of the American Indian Business Development Corporation, initially operating exhibitions in a different gallery space. In 2009, it relocated to its current location to establish an independent programming and operational structure.
The organization serves as a gathering place for contemporary Native artists to present their work and connect with audiences from across the region. Visitors experience art that reflects current Indigenous perspectives and creative practices.
The gallery is accessible by public transportation and provides wheelchair access with advance notice for specific accommodations. Visitors can easily spend time browsing the exhibitions and then visit the adjacent coffee shop in the same building.
The organization runs an Artist-in-Residence program that brings Indigenous creators to work and teach at the location for extended periods. This program began in 2017 and provides visitors with deeper insight into contemporary artistic practices.
