Trinity Groves is a restaurant and retail development in West Dallas, at the western end of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. It is owned and managed by Stuart Fitts, Larry "Butch" McGregor and Phil Romano, and includes a restaurant concept incubator where chefs test new ideas before expanding.
The transformation of this site began in 2013 when old warehouses and factories were converted into commercial spaces. This conversion created a bridge between downtown Dallas and the West Dallas neighborhood, bringing them closer together.
Local artists shape the space through their work in ArtPark, while restaurants serve food from many regions and independent vendors sell handmade goods throughout the district.
Trinity Groves sits at the western end of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge in West Dallas, so it is reached by crossing the bridge from downtown or by car via Singleton Boulevard. The development is owned and managed by Stuart Fitts, Larry "Butch" McGregor and Phil Romano. Plans call for apartments and additional retail space to create a new urban neighbourhood near downtown.
The district displays art on large screens throughout the outdoor space and offers room for outdoor games like giant chess. Visitors can spend time playing between meals while enjoying views of the Dallas skyline.
