138 East 50th Street is a high-rise residential tower in Turtle Bay that rises 245 meters with 64 floors of postmodern design. The structure contains 124 units ranging from one to four bedrooms, built from steel, concrete, and glass.

The tower was completed in 2019 by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and represents a new chapter in luxury residential development across Midtown Manhattan. Its completion added to the growing collection of contemporary high-rises that define the neighborhood's character.

The building draws on postmodern design language with terracotta-colored chevrons and crystalline facade elements that echo New York's architectural traditions. These visual details connect the structure to the city's design heritage.
