399 Park Avenue, Office building in Midtown Manhattan, US

The 399 Park Avenue structure rises 41 stories high between Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue, spanning from 53rd to 54th Streets with limestone-clad columns.

Built in 1961 by architects Carson & Lundin, this skyscraper served as Citigroup's global headquarters until their relocation to 388 Greenwich Street in 2015.

The building maintains a minimalist International style design with thin aluminum mullions and dark brown spandrels, representing corporate architectural preferences of the 1960s.

The property offers office spaces ranging from 12,000 to 73,500 square feet per floor, with direct lease terms extending from five to fifteen years.

Boston Properties acquired the structure in 2002 for $1.06 billion, setting a record for the highest price per square foot paid for an office building.
