425 Park Avenue is an office building in Midtown Manhattan that rises 262 meters with 42 stories of glass and geometric architectural forms. The interior provides over 670,000 square feet of column-free workspace across its floors.

This development marked the first full-block construction on Park Avenue in roughly half a century, replacing a 1957 office structure. The project represented a significant shift in the avenue's real estate landscape.

The building houses dining establishments by renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, reflecting Manhattan's standing as a culinary destination. These restaurants shape the experience of visitors and workers passing through the lobby areas.
