Makam Pahlawan

Makam Pahlawan is a modern mausoleum with a distinctive starburst dome that descends nearly to ground level and serves as a burial site for Malaysia's important figures. The structure features white marble from Langkawi, a reflective pool surrounding the base, and carefully landscaped grounds that create an ordered and serene setting.

The mausoleum was built in 1965 to honor those who contributed to Malaysia's founding and development after independence. It contains the remains of Tun Abdul Razak Hussein, the nation's second Prime Minister, among other significant national leaders.
