Mazaya Business Avenue, Commercial complex in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, United Arab Emirates
Mazaya Business Avenue is a commercial complex in Jumeirah Lakes Towers consisting of three identical towers, each 45 storeys tall with contemporary glass facades. The towers house office spaces, cafes, fitness centers, and other facilities designed for working professionals.
The project was designed by the National Engineering Bureau and constructed between 2007 and 2011 under Al Mazaya Holding Company's direction. Its completion marked a significant phase in the commercial development of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre.
The complex serves as a hub for international business professionals who work across different sectors and nationalities within its offices.
The three towers are accessible by well-maintained roads and offer ample parking for visitors and workers. Shops and restaurants nearby, along with public transportation options, make exploring the area convenient.
The three towers maintain separate identities despite their identical 180-meter heights and matching structures. This arrangement allows tenants and visitors to distinguish between buildings while they form a unified whole.
