Mazaya Business Avenue, Commercial complex in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, United Arab Emirates
Mazaya Business Avenue consists of three identical commercial towers, each reaching 45 storeys and featuring modern glass facades in Dubai's skyline.
The National Engineering Bureau designed this development project, which began construction in 2007 and reached completion in 2011 under Al Mazaya Holding Company.
The complex reflects Dubai's rapid commercial growth through its integration within the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre region, supporting international business operations.
The location provides access to Dubai Mall within 16 minutes by car and includes facilities such as coffee shops, nurseries, and fitness centers.
Each of the three towers maintains individual identity while forming a unified architectural statement through identical 180-meter heights and structural designs.
