The Palm Tower, Skyscraper in Palm Jumeirah, United Arab Emirates
The Palm Tower is a high-rise on the artificial Palm Jumeirah island, rising about 230 meters with 52 floors that combine hotel rooms, residences, and a rooftop observation deck. The building features multiple restaurants, retail spaces, and facilities designed to serve both guests and residents.
Construction of the Palm Tower started in 2016 following the architectural design by Gensler, becoming a major addition to Dubai's skyline. The project represented part of the broader vision to enhance the artificial Palm islands as a premier destination.
The Palm Tower integrates multiple functions including the St. Regis Hotel, residential spaces, and viewing platforms that reflect Dubai's approach to modern urban living.
The building sits on the palm island and connects to the mainland via road, with parking available for visitors. The observation deck is open during daylight hours and offers restaurants and shops to explore once you reach the top.
The building houses an infinity pool positioned around 240 meters above ground, offering swimmers unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai's skyline. This elevated pool is among the highest of its kind in the region.
