Logo Islands, Artificial island in Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates
The Logo Islands are two identical artificial islands shaped like palm leaves, situated below the Palm Jumeirah development in Dubai. Together they create a distinctive visual landmark that stands out prominently from the surrounding waters.
The project was developed under the initiative of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as part of Dubai's ambitious coastal development program. The creation of these islands represented a significant engineering achievement in the city's ongoing transformation.
The design of these islands reflects the official emblem of Dubai Palm Developers, integrating corporate symbolism into the landscape.
The islands are conveniently located between various Dubai attractions and can be easily reached by public transport. Keep in mind that the best views are available from the water, such as from a boat or the nearby Palm Jumeirah beaches.
The original islands were later restructured to become the core of Dubai Harbour, which now houses one of the world's largest cruise terminals. This transformation demonstrates how the site has continuously adapted to serve Dubai's economic goals.
