Gethsemane Chapel, Religious chapel in Yerevan, Armenia.

Gethsemane Chapel was a single-nave Armenian church without a dome in Yerevan's Shahar district, built at the end of the 17th century. It had a semicircular altar on the east side and was surrounded by the old Yerevan cemetery. It was demolished in the 1920s; only a fragment is displayed in the courtyard of Saint Katoghike and Saint Anna churches.

A 13th-century domed basilica stood here until the 1679 earthquake ruined it. By the end of the 17th century a single-nave chapel without a dome was built in its place, its walls bearing khachkars dated to that period. In 1901 the mayors Isahak and Hovhannes Melik-Aghamalyan funded a renovation that covered the roof with metal sheets. The chapel was demolished in the mid-1920s for the Opera Theater; Alexander Tamanyan planned to rebuild it elsewhere, but the stones were used for workers' housing on Byron Street.

The chapel stood beside Yerevan's old cemetery, whose gravestones were carved in the shapes of cradles and coffins. In 2007 a khachkar was placed in the Opera and Ballet Theatre building in memory of the chapel. One surviving fragment is displayed in the courtyard shared by the churches of Saint Mary Katoghike and Saint Anna.
