Ararat-73 team sculpture

The Ararat-73 sculpture features multiple bronze figures in dynamic poses positioned near the entrance of Hrazdan Stadium. The figures stand close together and convey a sense of teamwork and strength through their physical arrangement.

The monument was erected in 2016 and references a legendary event from 1973. That year, the Ararat team won both the Soviet championship and the Soviet Cup in a single season.

The sculpture reflects how deeply football matters to Armenians and how one team's success shaped the identity of the city. People visit to remember a moment that meant something to many people across generations.

The sculpture stands directly at the stadium entrance and is easy to find when approaching the building. Visitors can view the figures from multiple angles and photograph them from different perspectives.
