The Mandarin Oriental Santiago is a 110-metre, 24-storey tower at Avenida Kennedy 4601 in Las Condes, Santiago. It was designed by the firm Alemparte Barreda y Arqts. Asociados and has two underground parking levels. The hotel contains 287 rooms and 23 suites, a spa, a gym and a large pool with a waterfall set in gardens.

The tower was built in 1992 as the Hyatt Regency Santiago, designed by the firm Alemparte Barreda y Arqts. Asociados. It was renamed Grand Hyatt Santiago after a renovation in 2005. Hyatt's concession later ended over differences with the Saieh Group, the original owner, and the property became part of Mandarin Oriental.

The Matsuri restaurant inside the hotel serves Nikkei cuisine, a style that combines Japanese and Peruvian cooking traditions that have grown popular in Santiago. Dining there gives visitors a direct sense of how migration has shaped the city's food scene over the decades.
