Territoria 3000

Territoria 3000 is a mixed-use high-rise in Las Condes containing residential units, a hotel, office spaces, and retail areas within the financial district. The structure rises prominently in the El Golf neighborhood as a centralized hub for living, working, and commerce.

The structure was completed in 2009, marking its entry as an important part of Santiago's skyline during a period of urban expansion. This development reflected the city's push to establish itself as a major South American business hub.

The building blends contemporary New York architecture with Chilean design elements, reflecting how Santiago developed its modern business district. This mixed-use approach shows how contemporary urban spaces combine offices, homes, and hospitality in one structure.
