The Santa Maria Tower extends to 300 meters with a glass facade and integrates into the Costanera Center complex in Santiago.
Construction of the tower started in 2006 and faced delays during the Great Recession before resuming in December 2009.
The skyscraper represents a collaboration between Chilean, Argentine, and Canadian architects, incorporating international design principles.
The building contains 70 stories with 24 elevators, accommodating offices and receiving approximately 240,000 visitors daily.
The observation deck on the 61st and 62nd floors provides views of Santiago and the Andes Mountains.
