The church features Tudor architectural elements with an octagonal bell tower reaching 15 meters and pointed arches on lower windows and doors.
Initially constructed in 1932 as a Protestant church by architects Josue Smith Solar and Thomas Smith Miller, the building was sold to the Antiochian Orthodox Church in 1978.
The interior walls display vine leaf details and Liz flower patterns, incorporating Islamic architectural painting techniques and a two-dimensional iconostasis depicting Orthodox apostles.
Religious services occur every Sunday at 11:00 AM and Wednesday at 7:00 PM, with additional morning services starting at 10:00 AM.
This building became the first Orthodox church in Chile to allow free entry to non-Arab community members, marking a shift from traditional access restrictions.
