Museo Naval Casa Grau, Naval and house museum on Huancavelica Street, Lima, Peru.
The museum covers two floors of a colonial building with a wooden balcony displaying personal objects and naval artifacts in renovated period rooms.
Admiral Miguel Grau resided in this eighteenth-century house from 1867 to 1879 with his wife Dolores Cabero Núñez and their children before his naval service.
The exhibitions include maps, letters, photographs, and a scale model of the Huáscar monitor, representing Peru's maritime heritage during the Pacific War.
The museum opens Tuesday through Sunday in two sessions, from 9 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 4 PM, with reduced rates for students and seniors.
The museum maintains Admiral Grau's original furniture, including a replica of his chair from his time as deputy of Paita in the Congress.
