Estadio Max Augustín is a multi-purpose stadium on the banks of the Amazon in Iquitos, with an artificial-turf football pitch, an athletics track and cement stands on its east, west, north and south sides. It is the largest stadium in the Peruvian Amazon, and one of only two Peruvian stadiums with no fence between the stands and the pitch.

The stadium was built in 1942 and has served as the main sports venue in the city for many years. Major renovations took place in 2005 to prepare the facility for hosting international football tournaments.

The stadium's name is disputed in the press, which often prints "Max Agustín" instead of Augustin. It is home to Colegio Nacional de Iquitos in the Copa Perú, and since 2023 to Comerciantes Fútbol Club in Liga 2; UNAP and Los Tigres have also played Copa Perú matches here. In 2010 it hosted Miguel Ángel Cornejo's Tour Excelencia, and on 23 September 2022 a concert by Claudio Narea.

The stadium stands near the Amazon riverfront in Iquitos, a short ride from the city centre; the surrounding streets flood in the heavy rains of the wet season, so allow extra time. The west stand lost its roof to a storm in September 2016 and was repaired only in April 2018. There is no fence between stands and pitch, so spectators sit close to the action.

The facility was specifically prepared to host the FIFA U-17 World Championship in 2005, demonstrating the city's capacity to manage major international sporting events. This made it a venue for one of the largest football tournaments the region has ever witnessed.
