San Fernando Partido

San Fernando Partido extends over 950 square kilometers along the Río de la Plata estuary, including northern marshlands and urban settlements.

The region transformed from Costa de Monte Grande into San Fernando Partido in 1821, following the establishment of the parish Nuestra Señora del Puerto de Las Conchas.
