The Casa Grimoldi spans 8,200 square meters with a facade measuring 24 meters wide and 87 meters deep on Avenida Corrientes.
Italian architect Virginio Colombo designed this residential building in 1918 for Alberto Grimoldi, an Italian immigrant who established a successful shoe factory.
The Liberty style architecture incorporates Italian design elements, including Tiffany chandeliers, stained glass doors, and decorative wall ornaments created by Italian craftsmen.
The structure contains 19 apartments of 50 square meters each across three floors, with larger 250-square-meter units on the fourth floor.
The symmetrical facade features three residential entrances, stone-clad columns with lion heads, and relief sculptures depicting female figures and cherubs.
