Barrio Yofre Norte is a residential neighborhood in Córdoba arranged in approximately 93 blocks with a trapezoidal shape, bounded by Arturo Capdevilla Avenue and Las Malvinas Avenue. The area contains multiple schools and shops distributed throughout its streets.
The land was originally part of an estate inherited by Dr. José Augusto Yofre in 1892, formerly known as Bajada de Piedra. This historical property later developed into the residential neighborhood that exists today.
