Cambará do Sul

Cambará do Sul is a mountain town in Rio Grande do Sul situated at an elevation of over 1,000 meters where diverse landscapes create the setting. The area features forests, grasslands, and rock faces crisscrossed by numerous hiking paths.

The town was established as an independent municipality in 1963 after separating from a larger neighboring area. This division marked the start of its development as its own administrative district.
