Edifício Altino Arantes, Art Deco skyscraper in Central Zone, São Paulo, Brazil

The Edifício Altino Arantes extends 161 meters into the sky with its 36 floors and features an observation deck offering panoramic city views.

The structure, completed in 1947, held the title of tallest building outside the United States and remained the highest in São Paulo for two decades.

The building displays the monumental state flag of São Paulo measuring 7.20 meters wide, which requires monthly replacement due to wind exposure.

The observation deck welcomes visitors from Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with mandatory identification checks for all guests.

The entrance hall spans 379 square meters and contains a national crystal chandelier above granite floors depicting Brazilian geographical patterns.
