Built between 1760 and 1780, the farm belonged to Commander Francisco Tereziano Fortes and played a central role in regional agricultural development.
The property includes a chapel with a fresco of Santa Clara, displaying original furniture and objects that represent Brazilian colonial farming traditions.
Visitors can participate in guided tours through the main buildings, chapel, and finish with tastings of regional liquors and traditional sweets.
The farm features 365 windows, with several being false ones, symbolically representing each day of the year in its architectural design.
