Edifício Diederichsen, Art Deco heritage building in central Ribeirão Preto, Brazil.

The Edifício Diederichsen is an art déco building on Rua Álvares Cabral in central Ribeirão Preto, with side frontages onto Rua General Osório, along the pedestrian calçadão beside Praça XV de Novembro, and Rua São Sebastião. Built in the mid-1930s, it was the city's first vertical building and one of the first two in the interior of São Paulo state, alongside the Edifício Santana in Campinas.

The Edifício Diederichsen was built in the mid-1930s by Antônio Diederichsen, a São Paulo-born banker and son of German immigrants who had studied agronomy in Germany. It was the first vertical building in Ribeirão Preto and, with the Edifício Santana in Campinas, one of the first two in the interior of São Paulo state. CONDEPHAAT listed it through resolution SC 33 of 8 August 2005, inscribed in the Historical Register under number 366 in 2009.

The building housed the Cine São Paulo, a cinema with capacity for 1,200 people, along with the Cafeteria Única and the original installation of the Choperia Pinguim. These three venues made the Diederichsen a gathering point for film and bar life in Ribeirão Preto for decades.

The Edifício Diederichsen occupies a corner site on Rua Álvares Cabral, with side frontages onto Rua General Osório, beside the Praça XV de Novembro pedestrian way, and Rua São Sebastião. The Santa Casa de Ribeirão Preto owns the building and manages the room rentals, so access to upper floors depends on the current tenants.

The building's owner, the Santa Casa de Ribeirão Preto, announced in 2017 that it intended to evict tenants to renovate the property and turn it into a cultural centre. The structure was listed by CONDEPHAAT under resolution SC 33 of 8 August 2005, entered in the Historical Register as number 366, page 100, on 27 November 2009.
