Museu do Recôncavo Wanderley Pinho, Art museum in Candeias, Brazil.
The museum occupies a four-story mansion with 55 rooms and a chapel, situated along the Todos os Santos Bay in Bahia state.
The building started as Engenho Freguesia sugar mill in 1760, where 160 enslaved workers operated until production ceased in 1900.
The collection includes 200 artifacts from the 17th century, featuring clothing, religious garments, paintings, ceramics, decorative objects, and period furniture.
Located at Via Matoim in Enseada de Caboto district, the museum currently remains closed for a restoration project valued at 9 million reais.
The mansion features an eight-sided roof and a courtyard surrounded by an arcade gallery supported by columns.
