Drivers reach it via the Serpong–Balaraja Toll Road, which links the complex directly to West and South Jakarta. A four-star hotel stands inside the complex for visitors attending multi-day events.
The venue was inaugurated on 4 August 2015 by President Joko Widodo, and its 220,000 sqm site in Pagedangan, Tangerang Regency, makes it the largest convention and exhibition centre in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. A four-star hotel stands inside the complex for event attendees.
