Construction of this building began in 2015 as part of Jakarta's expansion of vertical development. The project emerged during a period when the city was rapidly adding skyscrapers to accommodate growth.
The central plaza incorporates elements of alun-alun, reflecting how traditional Javanese town centers were designed as open courtyards surrounded by structures. These public spaces shaped how people gathered and moved through their cities.
The building has 15 elevators for moving between floors and makes vertical travel straightforward throughout the structure. Underground levels below the main building provide extensive parking and house the mechanical systems.
The building connects directly to Setiabudi Astra MRT station through an internal passage. This built-in transportation link means visitors can reach the subway without stepping outside onto the street.
